The QuickcutGB 580

The original high-output wholecrop header unit is based around an 18ft (5.60 metre) disc mowerbar delivering the crop directly into the feedrollers and chopping cylinder. Easily mounted from its transport trailer (supplied), the unit is latched to the harvester with only one drive-shaft to connect.

The QuickcutGB header is compatible with Claas, John Deere and New Holland forage harvesters. The solid construction with welded seams and mostly standard off-the-shelf components makes for simple maintenance.             

Substantial outputs of up to 9 acres (4 ha) per hour have been claimed by satisfied owners. All crops and crop combinations present no problems to the machine which will work down to 1.5 inches (40 mms) height for laid crops for that lawn-like finish.

For busy contractors with tight schedules and demanding customers, this attachment allows plenty of acreage to be harvested in what is usually a very short window of opportunity.

Production facilities for this hand-built machinery are limited, so early ordering is essential.
